Further information
Thanks to the bike rental service along the Riviera del Brenta you can discover the ancient land of the Doges and their Venetian Villas.
The Brenta river, still navigable today, was in fact the waterway that connected Venice and Padua, thanks to the historic boat "burchiello". Along its Riviera, at the time of the Serenissima, the Venetian nobles loved to spend the summer in their villas and properties. This rich heritage of villas and gardens has become over time a tangible testimony of Venice's glorious past and has become a World Heritage Site. The most important ones are: Villa Foscari known as "La Malcontenta" (built by Palladio), Villa Widmann, Villa Foscarini Rossi and Villa Pisani in Stra.
Finally, don't forget to discover the villages of the Riviera, the mobile bridges and the historic squero di Dolo.
The proposed itinerary starts ideally from Fusina, considering its good connection with Zattere (Venice), and it winds along the Brenta River towards Padua. This route can be customized, however, considering our possibility to easily transport bikes anywhere on the Brenta Riviera.
The cycle-touristic route takes place on cycle paths and, in small parts, on asphalted roads with low traffic. The whole route is flat.
We propose city bikes suitable for the whole family. Equipment with bag or front basket and padlock.
Also available e-bikes on request, availability and quotation on request.
